Aprendieron t\u00e9cnicas de identificaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos (bow tie) y de representaci\u00f3n de los mismos para facilitar su comprensi\u00f3n, seguimiento y gesti\u00f3n (heat map).
