Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> <strong>(Directora de Competencia en Herbert Smith Freehills),\u00a0<\/strong>imparti\u00f3 un webinar sobre &#8216;Los programas de Cumplimiento en materia de competencia&#8217;.<\/p><p>El<strong> objetivo del webinar<\/strong> fue analizar desde un enfoque pr\u00e1ctico los requisitos para que los programas de cumplimiento de competencia se conviertan en un instrumento efectivo para evitar las infracciones de las normas de competencia o un su caso limitar la exposici\u00f3n al riesgo de incumplimiento de estas normas de las empresas.<\/p><p>En cuanto
