El pasado d\u00eda 30 de marzo, la ponente D\u00f1a. MURIEL UZAN (Directora de Auditor\u00eda Interna del Grupo D\u00eda) <\/strong>imparti\u00f3 un curso sobre ‘Preparaci\u00f3n de una Auditor\u00eda en Compliance’.<\/p>

El objetivo del curso<\/strong> fue entender el proceso de auditoria, as\u00ed como los diferentes aspectos que se pueden revisar siguiendo el marco de control interno publicado por COSO en 2013.<\/p>

    Muriel UZAN es experta internacional con m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os de experiencia en auditor\u00eda interna, gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, control interno, compliance y gobierno corporativo en empresas multinacionales cotizadas tales como Amadeus, Carrier \u2013 UTC, Telef\u00f3nica. Desde marzo 2020, es directora de Auditor\u00eda Interna del Grupo DIA. Adicionalmente, es consejera independiente de una organizaci\u00f3n internacional CGIAR, miembro de su Assurance Oversight Committee. Es licenciada en ciencias econ\u00f3micas y empresariales por el MBA Institute – INSEEC, tiene un master en asesor\u00eda fiscal para empresas por el Instituto de Empresa y ha cursado el programa para consejeros de ESADE.<\/p>
