Desarrolla su actividad profesional de manera simult\u00e1nea, por una parte, en el ejercicio de la abogac\u00eda y, por otra, como profesor de universidad. A lo largo de su carrera profesional como abogado, ha intervenido en m\u00faltiples asuntos econ\u00f3micos de \u00e1mbito nacional e internacional, entre los que se encuentran algunos de los m\u00e1s relevantes de la vida judicial espa\u00f1ola.<\/p><p>Es Doctor en Derecho y Profesor Titular de Derecho Penal de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Imparte, en la Facultad de Derecho, diversas asignaturas de su especialidad; y dirige el Seminario Permanente de Investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Ha publicado m\u00faltiples trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n, siendo el m\u00e1s reciente \u201cDelitos de manipulaci\u00f3n de los mercados financieros.
