Tiene un Master en Coaching Ejecutivo por Deusto Business School y est\u00e1 certificado como Coach Profesional Senior, por la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Coaching (AECOP)<\/p><p>Es Psicograf\u00f3logo, Perito Cal\u00edgrafo y est\u00e1 diplomado en Auditor\u00eda Sociolaboral y en Peritaje Judicial y Mercantil.<\/p><p>Durante m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os ha ocupado puestos directivos en empresas como Vodafone, Airtel, Bankinter o Enresa.<\/p><p>Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola para la Calidad de 2014 a 2022. Actualmente preside su consejo asesor.<\/p><p>Lleva m\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os colaborando como profesor de habilidades directivas en cursos Master y de posgrado en distintas universidades y escuelas de negocio.<\/p><p>Es conferenciante y autor de m\u00e1s de doscientos art\u00edculos, as\u00ed como de varios libros, uno de los cuales, \u201c<em>Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad<\/em>\u201d (Ed. Diaz de Santos, 1992), ha sido incluido entre los cincuenta libros de oro del Management espa\u00f1ol.<\/p><p>Como experto en comunicaci\u00f3n, ha sido portavoz de REDTEL, (la Asociaci\u00f3n Sectorial de los Grandes Operadores de Telecomunicaci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a).
