Alfred Maeso es Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones y lleva m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia profesional, ayudando a las empresas, de diferentes tama\u00f1os y sectores, a adaptarse a los cambios, especialmente aquellos provocados por la innovaci\u00f3n digital. Ha ejercido diferentes roles (consultor t\u00e9cnico, analista de negocio, Project manager, service manager, facilitador, formador, consultor estrat\u00e9gico), siempre con un prop\u00f3sito principal: ser agente del cambio. Inspirar e impulsar el cambio en las organizaciones. Desde el 2010 ejerce como formador, facilitador y consultor, y combina su actividad con la docencia en programas de postgrado y m\u00e1ster para universidades, la escritura de art\u00edculos y libros, y la impartici\u00f3n de conferencias en eventos internacionales como la BBC (Building Business Capabilities), el ACMP Change Management Global Event, la CAS (Conferencia Agile Spain) o el Festival Agile Trends.<\/p>
