Javier N\u00e1jera Neila (<b>Head of Compliance and Internal Control \u2013 CEPSA)<\/b><\/strong> imparti\u00f3 un curso sobre <b>&#8216;\u00bfC\u00f3mo eficientar un sistema de control interno?&#8217;<\/b><\/p><p>El\u00a0<strong>objetivo del curso <\/strong>fue\u00a0garantizar la sostenibilidad de las organizaciones y controlar los riesgos financieros, no financieros, operacionales o de cumplimiento que puedan darse en sus procesos, es importante contar con un sistema oportuno de Control Interno que administre el riesgo y genere valor a la organizaci\u00f3n. En definitiva, el Sistema de Control Interno permite cumplir a las organizaciones con los objetivos de los procesos.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Desde la creaci\u00f3n de los primeros sistemas de control interno en Espa\u00f1a, que se establecieron como obligatorios para garantizar un adecuado reporting financiero, han aparecido diversas regulaciones que recomiendan u obligan establecer controles para garantizar la fiabilidad del reporting de informaci\u00f3n no financiera, la prevenci\u00f3n de delitos o comisi\u00f3n de conductas anticompetitivas, por ejemplo.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Si no se pone foco en la implantaci\u00f3n de los modelos de control de forma eficiente, es habitual caer en el error de asfixiar a la organizaci\u00f3n con controles duplicados o que redundan en su objetivo y que por ello sobre controlan generando ineficiencias, creando adem\u00e1s de un extra coste, un perjuicio en la credibilidad del sistema de aseguramiento.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>En esta sesi\u00f3n formativa, se aprendi\u00f3 a dise\u00f1ar sistemas de control eficientes, basado en modelos cuantificados que permitan su optimizaci\u00f3n sin perder el foco de la eficacia para lo que se implementan. <\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">En cuanto al<b> contenido del curso:\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p4\">1. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es Control Interno y para que sirve?<\/p><p class=\"p4\">2. hace 14 a\u00f1os, donde tuvo diferentes niveles de responsabilidad dentro del departamento de Auditor\u00eda Externa en el sector de Oil &amp; Gas.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Javier es certificado en CICO-International Compliance Officer Certificate por el Instituto de Oficinales de Cumplimiento, en COSO Internal Control y COSO ERM por el Instituto de Auditores Internos.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Adicionalmente, est\u00e1 vinculado a la formaci\u00f3n en programas espec\u00edficos de Compliance, Control Interno y Auditor\u00eda, en el Instituto de Empresa, escuela de negocios de
