El pasado d\u00eda 19 de Abril del 2023, el ponente D. Chomin Alonso Almeida (Director Creativo. Mentor y coach. Especialista en desarrollo personal y habilidades directivas) <\/strong>imparti\u00f3 un webinar sobre: ‘Persuadir empleando el di\u00e1logo estrat\u00e9gico’.<\/b><\/p>

El objetivo principal del webinar <\/b>fue conocer el di\u00e1logo estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>

En cuanto al contenido del webinar:<\/b><\/p>

Profundizar en el liderazgo de tercera generaci\u00f3n centrado en el empleo de la conversaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

El di\u00e1logo estrat\u00e9gico es un m\u00e9todo que permite inducir suavemente a nuestro interlocutor a trav\u00e9s de ilusiones de alternativa, par\u00e1frasis reestructurantes, preguntas estrat\u00e9gicas, evocaci\u00f3n de sensaciones, construcci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes, desarrollo de met\u00e1foras, etc. con el objetivo de reencuadrar una situaci\u00f3n que le bloquea, por otra que le facilita nuevas perspectivas de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Identificaron los diferentes elementos de una conversaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de escuchar.<\/p>
