CNMV desde el a\u00f1o 2018, habiendo asumido con anterioridad diferentes responsabilidades en los departamentos de supervisi\u00f3n e inspecci\u00f3n en esta instituci\u00f3n. Dentro de sus funciones actuales se encuentran el est\u00edmulo de la innovaci\u00f3n en el sector financiero, la coordinaci\u00f3n del innovation hub y el Sandbox, y el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de la nueva regulaci\u00f3n en materia Fintech y de la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo tecnol\u00f3gico. Destacar su especial implicaci\u00f3n en las iniciativas del\u00a0 \u00e1mbito de las Tecnolog\u00edas de Registro Distribuido y los criptoactivos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>De formaci\u00f3n, Francisco es Ingeniero Inform\u00e1tico por ICAI y Master en Evidencias Digitales por la UAM, es docente en varios Master y programas educativos y miembro de diversos grupos de trabajo nacionales e
