El pasado d\u00eda 10 de Octubre del 2023, el ponente D. Juan Ignacio Ruiz Zorrilla (Secretario General del IOC), <\/strong>imparti\u00f3 un curso sobre ‘Plan de Medidas Antifraude’.<\/strong><\/p>

En este a\u00f1o 2023 se han producido la actualizaci\u00f3n La Gu\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos de fraude de COSO, ofreciendo un modelo para ayudar a las organizaciones a establecer un Programa general de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos de fraude, esto unido a otras actualizaciones de referencia internacionales, como la Gu\u00eda FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act<\/em>) o la Guia OCDE para proteger fondos de la Corrupci\u00f3n y el Fraude, permiten tener unas referencias eficaces y efectivas que son aceptadas a nivel internacional para contar con un PLAN DE MEDIDAS ANTIFRAUDE.<\/p>

El\u00a0objetivo del curso\u00a0<\/strong>fue brindar a todo tipo de organizaciones la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para dise\u00f1ar un plan que permita gestionar su riesgo de fraude.<\/p>

En cuanto al contenido del curso:<\/strong><\/p>

En el actual marco regulatorio global, las organizaciones est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s sujetas a normativas internacionales relacionadas con la comisi\u00f3n de delitos y en el \u00e1mbito concreto de la Corrupci\u00f3n y el Fraude, los reguladores han ido exigiendo que las organizaciones cuenten con programas espec\u00edficos que minimicen dichos riesgos.<\/p>

Con referencias internacionales como: FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act);\u00a0 ISO 37001- Sistemas de Gesti\u00f3n Antisoborno; ISO 37002- Sistemas de Gesti\u00f3n de las Denucias de Irregularidades; Recomendaciones de la OCDE; Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos de Fraude de COSO; se identificar\u00e1n elementos esenciales que todo Programa Anti-Corrupci\u00f3n y Fraude debe incluir.<\/p>

Durante el curso se detallaron los principales elementos de un Programa eficaz de:<\/p>

– Prevenci\u00f3n, Detecci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n de Fraudes.<\/p>

– Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Corrupci\u00f3n y Fraude<\/p>

– Evaluaci\u00f3n del Riesgo<\/p>

– Indicadores de Fraude (KRIs, KPIs)<\/p>

– Investigaci\u00f3n y acciones Correctivas<\/p>

– Responsabilidades en las Organizaciones y Concienciaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Finalmente se abordaran los diferentes Roles del Compliance en los programas AntiFraude.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Actualmente es Secretario General del Instituto de Oficiales de Cumplimiento \u2013 IOC ; Presidente del ICPF; Consejero en el Grupo AUDIOLIS y Senior Advisor en EY.<\/p>

Durante m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os ha desarrollado su carrera profesional ejecutiva como Auditor Interno del Grupo TELEF\u00d3NICA, siendo el m\u00e1ximo responsable de la funci\u00f3n reportando a la Comisi\u00f3n de Auditoria en el Grupo P\u00e1ginas Amarillas (2001 al 2007), Director de Auditoria Interna, Inspecci\u00f3n e Intervenci\u00f3n en Telef\u00f3nica Espa\u00f1a (2007 al 2012) y Director Global de Auditoria Interna del Grupo TELEF\u00d3NICA con responsabilidades en 30 pa\u00edses, desde 2012 a 2016.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Ha sido uno de los 8 miembros del Comit\u00e9 Directivo The European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing (ECIIA) que incluye a 27 pa\u00edses Europeos, desde 2011 a 2017.<\/p>

Licenciado en Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas y Empresariales por la Universidad de Alcal\u00e1 de Henares,\u00a0 con posgrado en Direcci\u00f3n General en el IESE \u2013 Universidad de Navarra y Certificaciones Profesionales Internacionales: CIA, CFE, CCSA, CRMA, CIE-AF, CICO y COSO Control Interno.<\/p>
