Beatriz Bustamante Zorrilla es asociada principal del departamento de Litigaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje y ejerce su actividad profesional en el \u00e1rea de Derecho Penal y Compliance en Garrigues.<\/p>

Asesora a personas f\u00edsicas y jur\u00eddicas en el \u00e1mbito del procedimiento penal y, desde 2010, est\u00e1 especializada en asesorar a empresas en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de delitos y cumplimiento penal. Su trabajo en este \u00e1mbito comprende actuaciones como el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de modelos de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos penales; la elaboraci\u00f3n, revisi\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de sus principales elementos; el acompa\u00f1amiento a la empresa en la configuraci\u00f3n y desarrollo de la funci\u00f3n de cumplimiento; y la valoraci\u00f3n de los modelos de prevenci\u00f3n penal de las organizaciones en el curso del proceso de verificaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica o en el seno de una investigaci\u00f3n interna y\/o procedimiento penal.<\/p>

Es licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en cuya Escuela de Pr\u00e1ctica Jur\u00eddica realiz\u00f3 un curso superior de Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica de Empresas.<\/p>

Postgrado en Compliance por la Universidad Carlos III y Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona. Programa Ejecutivo de Especializaci\u00f3n en Compliance en la escuela de negocios IEB. Certificaci\u00f3n CESCOM\u00ae.<\/p>
