(IOC).<\/p><div><p>La herramienta que han desarrollado con tecnolog\u00eda \u00abblockchain\u00bb formentar\u00e1 la transparencia, estimular\u00e1 la inversi\u00f3n en el ecosistema empresarial espa\u00f1ol y beneficiar\u00e1 a las pymes que forman parte de la cadena de valor de grandes empresa. Ver\u00e1 la luz en las pr\u00f3ximas pr\u00f3ximas semanas y ser\u00e1 accesible a trav\u00e9s de internet.<\/p><p>Contar\u00e1 con la gesti\u00f3n directa del Colegio, que ejercer\u00e1 de prestador de servicios de confianza cualificado, conforme a lo establecido por el Reglamento de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p><p>Del mismo modo, la Plataforma facilitar\u00e1 el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre las compa\u00f1\u00edas durante los procesos de \u00abdue diligence\u00bb (diligencia debida), relacionados con la investigaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis que realiza un inversor interesado en
