M\u00e1ster en Derecho de Telecomunicaciones por la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI- ICADE).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Comenz\u00f3 su carrera profesional en el a\u00f1o 2002 en asesor\u00eda jur\u00eddica de Telef\u00f3nica, S.A. en la que ha desempe\u00f1ado distintas posiciones en la Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddico-Consultiva especializ\u00e1ndose en el asesoramiento mercantil y trabajando posteriormente en la Direcci\u00f3n de Mercado de Valores y Gobierno Corporativo, llevando a cabo labores de asesoramiento jur\u00eddico en materia mercantil, emisiones de instrumentos de deuda, reportes financieros, informes anuales de gobierno corporativo y, en general, en el an\u00e1lisis y cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por los reguladores de los mercados en los que Telef\u00f3nica est\u00e1 presente.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Desde el a\u00f1o 2017, Pilar forma parte de la Direcci\u00f3n Global de Cumplimiento corporativa en la que ha desempe\u00f1ado distintas Europea y cuenta con un doble M\u00e1ster de Acceso a la Abogac\u00eda con especialidad empresarial por el Centro de Estudios Garrigues.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In\u00e9s comenz\u00f3 su carrera profesional en el a\u00f1o 2015, realizando una beca en el Departamento de Inversores en la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Mercado de Valores y continu\u00f3 su carrera laboral en el extranjero.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">En Australia trabaj\u00f3 durante tres a\u00f1os en el Grupo Lloyd&#8217;s, realizando asesoramiento en p\u00f3lizas y reclamaciones a clientes profesionales, y posteriormente trabaj\u00f3 en Chile, como Consultora Senior en el Departamento de Forensic &amp; Compliance en PwC, investigando potenciales fraudes que ocurr\u00edan en diferentes compa\u00f1\u00edas, especialmente del sector minero.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Desde el a\u00f1o 2021, forma parte de la Direcci\u00f3n Global de Cumplimiento corporativa de Telef\u00f3nica S.A. desarrollando fundamentalmente actividades de formaci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n en materia de cumplimiento en el \u00e1mbito corporativo y nivel global, al mismo tiempo que participa en la implementaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del
