Compliance, empezando a implementar metodolog\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, a la vez que desarrollaba la funci\u00f3n de Compliance a nivel global. Poco a poco el equipo fue creciendo en personas y responsabilidades, tomando bajo su \u00e1mbito de responsabilidad en Risk &amp; Compliance temas como gesti\u00f3n de crisis, continuidad de negocio, Seguros de negocio del Grupo, entre otros temas.<\/p><p>Cristina es miembro fundador del Instituto de Oficiales de Cumplimiento, miembro de su Junta Directiva desde 2017 y Vicepresidenta desde 2019.<\/p><p>Imparte conferencias y publica art\u00edculos sobre Compliance. Ha sido miembro del jurado de los Premios Expansi\u00f3n en Compliance en varias ocasiones, y el Grupo Amadeus recibi\u00f3 el Premio Expansi\u00f3n al mejor proyecto internacional en
