Mar\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez (Socia de Eversheds Sutherland), <\/strong>imparti\u00f3 un curso sobre <strong>&#8216;Prevenci\u00f3n de la Responsabilidad Penal. An\u00e1lisis de casos emblem\u00e1ticos internacionales&#8217;.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p3\">El\u00a0<b>objetivo del curso <\/b>fue extraer las lecciones derivadas de los casos recientes de compliance a nivel internacional para fortalecer los sistemas de compliance implantados a nivel local.<\/p><p>En cuanto al <strong>contenido del curso:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Durante la sesi\u00f3n se presentar\u00e1n y analizar\u00e1n diversos casos internacionales recientes (entre septiembre 2023 y marzo 2024) ilustrando as\u00ed diversas situaciones en las que se puede cometer un incumplimiento normativo.<\/li><li>Se analizar\u00e1n asimismo los elementos que las autoridades han considerado relevantes a la hora de imponer la sanci\u00f3n y\/o llegar a acuerdos con las empresas involucradas, su metodolog\u00eda y las medidas correctivas implementadas.<\/li><li>Entre alguno de los casos, analizaremos aquellos que han supuesto la aplicaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas recientes emanadas del Departamento de Justicia para la reducci\u00f3n de penas, como el caso de Albemarie Corporation o la importancia de contar con un programa de terceros y la colaboraci\u00f3n de empresas en esquemas il\u00edcitos a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis del caso Tysers y H.W.
