En esta ocasi\u00f3n se continu\u00f3 profundizando en el liderazgo de tercera generaci\u00f3n centrado en el empleo de la conversaci\u00f3n.
Se habl\u00f3 del di\u00e1logo estrat\u00e9gico como un m\u00e9todo que nos permite inducir suavemente a nuestro interlocutor a trav\u00e9s de ilusiones de alternativa, par\u00e1frasis reestructurantes, preguntas estrat\u00e9gicas, evocaci\u00f3n de sensaciones, construcci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes, desarrollo de met\u00e1foras, etc. con el objetivo de reencuadrar una situaci\u00f3n que le bloquea, por otra que le facilita nuevas perspectivas de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>
