aprobaron por unanimidad todos los puntos del orden del d\u00eda<\/strong> y se destacaron los g<strong>randes logros alcanzados como, el crecimiento en personas certificadas CICO y en asociados,<\/strong> lo que permite tener una saneada situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica con la que seguir creciendo e incrementando los servicios a los asociados.<\/p><p><strong>El presidente del IOC, Antonio del Campo de los Santos,<\/strong> agradeci\u00f3 al equipo del IOC y a los miembros de la Junta Directiva su esfuerzo y colaboraci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de la Instituci\u00f3n y\u00a0<strong>dio la bienvenida a las nuevas incorporaciones a la Junta Directiva del IOC como son<\/strong>: <strong>Mar\u00eda Jaureguizar Jim\u00e9nez (Responsable Cumplimiento INDRA); Jon Ander Navarro Mendizabal (Director de Auditoria, Riesgos y Compliance MERLIN PROPERTIES); Marco Gregorio (Group Head of Ethics and Compliance IAG); Ram\u00f3n S\u00e1nchez Diez\u00a0\u00a0(Chief Compliance Officer B. SANTANDER Spain and Europe)<\/strong> y comunic\u00f3 los nuevos nombramientos de <strong>Miriam Bl\u00e1zquez Mu\u00f1oz como Secretaria General y de Pedro Montoya Santos como Tesorero.<\/strong><\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0agradeci\u00f3 la excelente labor realizada durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en la Junta Directiva a las personas salientes como:\u00a0Cristina Sanz Diaz, Jaime Cladellas Rojals y Juan Ignacio Ruiz Zorrilla, los cuales seguir\u00e1n colaborando con el IOC desde otras funciones.<\/p><p>El resto de componentes que forman parte de la <strong>Junta
