El pasado d\u00eda 3 de Diciembre del 2024, el ponente<\/strong>\u00a0D. Alejandro Padin (Socio en Garrigues – Responsable \u00e1rea Econom\u00eda del Dato, Privacidad y Ciberseguridad – Profesor Derecho Tecnol\u00f3gico), <\/strong>imparti\u00f3 un curso sobre ‘Protecci\u00f3n de datos. Novedades regulatorias y supervisoras’.<\/b><\/p>

El\u00a0objetivo del curso <\/b>fue actualizar informaci\u00f3n repasando las novedades m\u00e1s recientes en el \u00e1mbito regulatorio y de supervisi\u00f3n en materia de econom\u00eda del dato, privacidad y ciberseguridad.<\/p>

En cuanto al contenido del curso:<\/strong><\/p>

El ponente prepar\u00f3 una sesi\u00f3n informativa para comentar las \u00faltimas novedades pr\u00e1cticas en materia de protecci\u00f3n de datos y privacidad en sentido amplio, es decir, en todo lo que afecta a la privacidad en la econom\u00eda digital. Ello incluy\u00f3 novedades en el \u00e1mbito de la inteligencia artificial, la gobernanza de la privacidad y el compliance, la ciberseguridad y, por supuesto de la protecci\u00f3n de datos personales.<\/p>

Se hizo un repaso por algunas de las \u00faltimas resoluciones m\u00e1s novedosas de autoridades de supervisi\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n de datos tanto en Espa\u00f1a como en otras jurisdicciones de la UE y de otros pa\u00edses. Igualmente repasaron algunas sentencias nacionales y europeas (TJUE) en relaci\u00f3n con estas materias, y hablaron de las \u00faltimas novedades legislativas y las principales implicaciones de cada una en el \u00e1mbito de la identidad digital (eIDAS 2), ciberseguridad (Directiva NIS2, Reglamento DORA, Reglamento de Ciber resiliencia, etc.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
