Cumplimiento (IOC) queremos comunicar que, en la pasada Asamblea Extraordinaria, se aprobaron nuevas incorporaciones a la Junta Directiva, as\u00ed como varios nombramientos en sus \u00f3rganos de gobierno, con el objetivo de seguir fortaleciendo la instituci\u00f3n y su servicio a la comunidad de profesionales del compliance.<br \/><br \/><\/div>\n<div>Se incorporan a la Junta Directiva\u00a0<b>Carlos L\u00f3pez Agudo<\/b>, Director de Cumplimiento Normativo del Grupo CaixaBank;\u00a0<b>Jordi Riera Massaguer<\/b>, Compliance Officer Corporativo de Cirsa; y\u00a0<b>Eva Rodicio Gonz\u00e1lez<\/b>, Directora de Compliance, Auditor\u00eda Interna y Control de Riesgos de Redeia Corporaci\u00f3n. Todos ellos aportan una amplia trayectoria en materia de cumplimiento normativo, gobierno corporativo y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos en organizaciones de referencia.<\/div>\n<div>Estas incorporaciones suponen un importante refuerzo para la Junta Directiva del IOC, al integrar perfiles procedentes de sectores estrat\u00e9gicos como el financiero, el del juego y el energ\u00e9tico, y contribuyen a consolidar al Instituto como punto de encuentro para profesionales del cumplimiento en \u00e1mbitos muy diversos de la econom\u00eda.<br \/><br \/><\/div>\n<div>Asimismo, la Asamblea aprob\u00f3 el nombramiento de\u00a0<b>Sandra Llamera S\u00e1nchez<\/b>, Chief Compliance Officer de Pharma Mar, como\u00a0<b>Vicepresidenta Segunda<\/b>\u00a0del IOC, reforzando la representaci\u00f3n del sector farmac\u00e9utico y de la investigaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dica dentro de los \u00f3rganos de gobierno del Instituto.<\/div>\n<div>Por \u00faltimo, se acord\u00f3 el nombramiento de\u00a0<b>Antonio del Campo de los Santos<\/b>, anterior Presidente de la Junta Directiva, como\u00a0<b>Presidente de Honor del Instituto<\/b>, en reconocimiento a su dedicaci\u00f3n, impulso y liderazgo desde la fundaci\u00f3n del IOC, as\u00ed como a su contribuci\u00f3n decisiva a la consolidaci\u00f3n del Instituto y al desarrollo de la profesi\u00f3n de oficial de cumplimiento en Espa\u00f1a.<br \/><br \/>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Con estos nombramientos, el Instituto de Oficiales de Cumplimiento reafirma su compromiso de seguir impulsando la excelencia, la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento del
