(IOC), Cumplen y la World Compliance Association (WCA),<\/strong> anuncian la pr\u00f3xima convocatoria del <strong>Curso de Peritos en Compliance,<\/strong> una formaci\u00f3n online creada conjuntamente.<\/p><p>Tras el <strong>\u00e9xito de las ediciones anteriores y m\u00e1s de 800 peritos certificados, se abre una nueva oportunidad para participar en este curso, cuya pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n se iniciar\u00e1 el 15 de enero de 2026.<\/strong> El curso es en formato online y est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para proporcionar a los alumnos una formaci\u00f3n de calidad que incluye los conocimientos indispensables para la actuaci\u00f3n ante los Juzgados y Tribunales de Justicia.<\/p><p>Con materia actualizada el curso consta de 65 horas de formaci\u00f3n divididas en 3 m\u00f3dulos: un m\u00f3dulo de actualizaci\u00f3n sobre novedades legislativas del a\u00f1o 2025, un m\u00f3dulo sobre contexto general, otro sobre auditor\u00eda y, finalmente, el m\u00f3dulo judicial.<\/p><p><strong>Las personas inscritas dispondr\u00e1n de 3 meses para completarlo.<\/strong> Dentro del campus virtual, podr\u00e1n consultar todos los v\u00eddeos y contenidos exclusivos y realizar los ex\u00e1menes finales, que les dar\u00e1n acceso a un certificado emitido por las tres asociaciones organizadoras.<\/p><p>Con la realizaci\u00f3n de este curso, los interesados podr\u00e1n optar a formar parte de las listas de peritos judiciales en Compliance que las tres asociaciones facilitan anualmente a los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia &#8211; TSJ, de las distintas Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas de Espa\u00f1a &#8211; CCAA.<\/p><p>Para poder ser inscrito en las mismas, se deber\u00e1 haber realizado la \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n vigente previa a la apertura de
