Ni el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD) ni la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2018 de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y Garant\u00eda de Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD) incluyen medidas concretas para cumplir con la normativa, por lo que tampoco incluyen la obligatoriedad de realizar auditor\u00edas de manera expresa.
