febrero, la UNIR y el IOC impartieron un webinar conjunta sobre los resultados obtenidos por el Grupo Trabajo y el uso de la herramienta de evaluaci\u00f3n, el cual es gratuito y p\u00fablico, a 'Helvetica Neue'; font-size: 1rem;\">Ante la dificultad de conocer con certeza si la funci\u00f3n de cumplimento instaurada e implementada en una organizaci\u00f3n, tiene el suficiente vigor para ser considerada real y efectiva, ya sea en el plano personal o societario, ya desde la perspectiva ex\u00f3gena de quienes deben medir o evaluar su fuerza e intensidad, el Grupo de Trabajo del Sector P\u00fablico impulsado por el Instituto de Oficiales de Cumplimiento &#8211; IOC, ha elaborado un term\u00f3metro que permite, tener una valoraci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n de cumplimiento, en base a los mejores est\u00e1ndares sobre la materia.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';\">Inicialmente, y de forma conceptual, se parti\u00f3 de la Gu\u00eda Pr\u00e1ctica de Autodiagn\u00f3stico y Reporting en Cumplimento Normativo, Buen Gobierno Corporativo y Prevenci\u00f3n de la Corrupci\u00f3n elaborada por Transparencia Internacional Espa\u00f1a, cuya versi\u00f3n digitalizada fue realizada por la CNMC y la referida Organizaci\u00f3n internacional sin \u00e1nimo de lucro. \u00a0Sin embargo, el grueso de los indicadores referenciados, tienen en consideraci\u00f3n el documento \u201c<\/span><span lang=\"ES\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iocumplimiento.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Marco-para-la-Practica-Profesional-del-Cumplimiento-v1.pdf\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue'; color: black;\">MARCO para la PR\u00c1CTICA PROFESIONAL del CUMPLIMIENTO. Naturaleza y alcance de la Funci\u00f3n de Cumplimiento<\/span><\/em><\/a><\/span><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';\">\u201d elaborado por el IOC y el trabajo experto de los componentes del Grupo de Trabajo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';\">En su confecci\u00f3n han participado, esencialmente, un conjunto de empleados de sociedades mercantiles estatales, entidades p\u00fablicas empresariales y
