Se comentaron los tipos de matrices, de par\u00e1metros, de t\u00e9cnicas de apreciaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n basadas en m\u00e9todos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Desde las entrevistas estructuradas hasta el m\u00e9todo Montecarlo. Tambi\u00e9n se revisaron las f\u00f3rmulas para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los controles y de la propia funci\u00f3n de cumplimiento normativo.
