Cumplimiento de Mapfre), imparti\u00f3 un curso sobre &#8216;Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos&#8217;. El curso tuvo por objetivo el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos dentro de las organizaciones y, en particular, del riesgo de incumplimiento. La gesti\u00f3n de riesgos permite a la organizaci\u00f3n alcanzar sus objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos y contribuir a la puesta en marcha de garant\u00edas para evitar que se asuman riesgos excesivos. Del mismo modo, ha sido ponente en sesiones de formaci\u00f3n relativas a la funci\u00f3n de Cumplimiento y Solvencia II tanto en el GRUPO MAPFRE como en otras organizaciones con las que ha colaborado.<\/p><p>Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y, tras preparar las oposiciones para ingreso en la carrera judicial, realiz\u00f3 un Master de Pr\u00e1ctica
