Fern\u00e1ndez (Chief Compliance Officer de Indra a nivel global) y Ana Paredes Ortega (Gerente del \u00c1rea de la Unidad de Cumplimiento), impartieron un webinar donde trataron de hacer una comparativa de los criterios recogidos en la \u201cGu\u00eda de programas de cumplimiento en relaci\u00f3n con la defensa de la Competencia\u201d de CNMC con los elementos que conforman el Modelo de
