<strong>(Magistrado-Juez. Audiencia Nacional),\u00a0<\/strong>imparti\u00f3 un curso sobre &#8216;Visi\u00f3n Jurisprudencial del Compliance&#8217;.<\/p><p>El <strong>objetivo del curso<\/strong> fue realizar un pormenorizado an\u00e1lisis tem\u00e1tico de lo que la jurisprudencia de los Tribunales espa\u00f1oles (Juzgados de lo Penal, Audiencias Provinciales, Audiencia Nacional, Tribunales Superiores de Justicia, Tribunal Supremo) han ido aplicando respecto de la responsabilidad penal de la persona jur\u00eddica y el Compliance, durante los m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de vigencia en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p><p>En cuanto al <strong>contenido del curso,<\/strong> se vieron los siguientes temas:\u00a0<\/p><ol><li><strong>Responsabilidad de la persona jur\u00eddica<\/strong>. jur\u00eddico-econ\u00f3mica, Eloy Velasco N\u00fa\u00f1ez es Juez de carrera desde 1988, habiendo servido en el Juzgado de Distrito de Portugalete (Vizcaya), los de Instrucci\u00f3n en las valencianas localidades de Sagunto, Torrente y Valencia, en los Juzgados de Plaza de Castilla en Madrid y en la Audiencia Nacional, y despu\u00e9s de haber prestado casi 10 a\u00f1os de servicios al frente del Juzgado Central de Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00ba 6, ejerce en la actualidad como Magistrado de la Sala de Apelaci\u00f3n de la Audiencia Nacional.<\/p><p>Premio al \u201cmejor jurista para el Derecho Digital\u201d en 2014 por ENATIC (Agrupaci\u00f3n de Abogados dedicados a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas), medalla de oro en ciberseguridad al mejor Juez por la c\u00e1tedra UDIMA y la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Tasadores y peritos inform\u00e1ticos judiciales de 2014 y Premio Accors 2018 \u201ccontra la Corrupci\u00f3n y por la regeneraci\u00f3n Social\u201d otorgado por Madrid
